How long will my order take?

Within Canada – 2-5 days
United States – 3-8 days
China – 2-4 days
International – 8-18 days  

*Due to COVID-19 and national holidays, packages may take longer than usual to arrive. Our partner carriers are experiencing delays that impact delivery times. Estimated delays can range from 4-30 business days.

 

What is the shipping fee?

Canada, United States, China – Free standard shipping
International – Free with purchase over $130, otherwise $15 flat rate shipping fee

 

Will I get charged duties and taxes?

Canada, United States, and China no extra duty fees will be charged. Taxes are applied at check-out.

International – may be liable for customs taxes and additional fees. In all cases, these costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be settled at the given customs office. We are committed to taking care of all the required paperwork in order for the parcel to clear customs.

 

How do I ship back or exchange?

To start a return, you can contact us at info@urjewelry.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Send us an email at info@urjewelry.ca requesting your return. Don’t forget to include the following:

  1. The order number (or the purchaser’s full name and email address)
  2. The full address where the jewelry will be shipped from
  3. The email address associated with your UR JEWELRY purchase.

Once the return is accepted, our Support Team will email you the label, and direct you to the shipping partner in your area for drop off or scheduled pick up. 

 

Is the return shipping fee included?

Unfortunately at this time, we do not cover the cost of return shipping. We are always here to provide you guidance on the returns step by step.

 

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • in the same condition that you received it
  • unworn or unused,
  • with tags (if any)
  • in its original packaging

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

In all the following assumptions, whenever it is not related to a personalized defective item:

  • I chose the wrong size and I’d like to change it
  • The product is not what I expected, and I’d like to return it or exchange it with another one
  • I received my order in poor condition

Note: Original shipping fees, duties and/or taxes are non-refundable and will not be included in the credited amount.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and address it.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items and custom designed items.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Once you have fulfilled our Return Centre's form, our customer support team will reach out to you to guide you with the exchange.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
